This is the frame replacement for the DreamWisp nasal mask.  the frame is made of latex-free silicone and is hollow to allow airflow through either side of the mask making side and stomach sleeping easy. 

It does not include the cushion, elbow, or frame connector,

I've used this item for the last two years and have had trouble getting it and other items from my Medicare approved HSS. I recently started ordering from CPAP Man and while I do have to come out of pocket, I always get what I need at a reasonable price, and it comes quickly. Does paying out of pocket please me? Heck no! But CPAP Man makes it possible to keep my therapy on track. CPAP Man always has what I need and there is always someone I can talk to if I get in a pickle and need alternatives.
