Return Policy

All sales are final to maintain our low member pricing. We only accept returns for items with verified manufacturer defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery for assistance.

Note: Many of our CPAP masks come with multiple cushion sizes, a packaging style referred to as a "fit pack". Choosing a fit pack affords you multiple sizing options, ensuring an optimal fit and preventing any sizing concerns.

Warranty

  • CPAP Masks: Manufacturing defect only. Please inspect your product upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
  • CPAP machines and humidifiers: 2 years
  • ResMed ClimateLine Tubing: 90 days
  • Batteries: 6 months

    Warranty Service Process

    If there is an issue with your machine, please email us so we can provide troubleshooting support.

    If the issue can’t be resolved, please send the machine to CPAP Ninja*. We will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the machine repaired/replaced.

    *CPAP Ninja does not cover shipping for warranty work.

    CPAP Ninja will ship your machine to the manufacturer, who will run diagnostic tests to determine the issue. The manufacturer will decide whether to repair or replace the machine. CPAP Ninja is not involved in the manufacturer’s decision.  

    Once the manufacturer ships the repaired/replacement machine to CPAP Ninja, we will ship it back to you free of charge*.

    *Free shipping is limited to US domestic shipping. International shipping is not covered.

    If your machine was purchased within 90 days, CPAP Ninja will send you a replacement machine at no cost to you.
