Frequently Asked Questions

From setup tips to troubleshooting and everything in between, we’ve covered the most common questions to make your journey to better sleep as smooth as possible.

01. Your prices are so low—are the products genuine?

Yes, all our products are 100% genuine. We only sell brand-new, authentic items from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors. Our lower prices are the result of streamlined operations and bulk purchasing—not cutting corners on quality. We are licensed vendors of ResMed, Philips Respironics, Fisher & Paykel, and many other reputable manufacturers.

02. Do I need a prescription to order?

Yes, a prescription is required for the purchase of all CPAP, Auto CPAP, BiPAP machines, and humidifiers. This is a federal requirement to ensure safe and appropriate use of medical devices.

03. Why are the prices hidden?

We show prices only to logged-in customers due to manufacturer guidelines. Once you're signed in, you'll see all our competitive prices across the site.

04. Why doesn’t CPAP Ninja accept returns?

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not accept returns. CPAP products are medical devices and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be resold once opened. This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene standards while offering competitive pricing to all our customers. The only exception is for manufacturer-authorized returns due to defects or warranty issues.

05. Can I pick up my order?

No, we do not offer local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

06. How do I know which size mask to purchase?

If you're buying the same mask you already own, check your current mask for a size marking—usually a single letter like S, M, or L. If you're trying a new style, we recommend using the sizing gauge available on our product page. You can also visit a local homecare provider to get professionally sized.

07. How do I add items to a completed order?

Items can be added to your purchase if the order has not yet been processed in the warehouse. Please contact Customer Service to find out if your order has shipped or if it remains open for new items to be added.

08. How often should I replace/maintain my CPAP parts?
