ResMed AirFit F20 Full Face mask
Lightweight and Easy to Manage
The AirFit F20 full face mask features a sleek design that offers a reliable seal and fit. It includes a standard-sized headgear, which is proven to reduce facial marks. Made of lightweight material, the ResMed F20 mask is great for people who travel often. Assembly and detachment are quick and easy, allowing smooth setting up and detaching when needed.
No Forehead Support
ResMed designed the AirFit F20 mask to be easy, with no forehead support frame. This allows for an open-view concept, which makes reading books or watching TV easier. The minimalist design of this ResMed F20 mask also helps reduce facial marks that are generally left behind in most traditional full-face masks.
InfinitySeal Silicone Cushion
Remarkably designed with CPAP comfort in mind. The InfinitySeal cushion is specifically designed and tested to adapt to multiple facial features and structures. This enables a reliable seal and a comfortable fit.
Quick Release Magnetic Clips
For quick and easy release, magnetic clips are used in the design. Simply pull the magnets apart to detach this AirFit F20 mask. This makes going to the restroom in the middle of the night an easy task. Additionally, the elbow's quick release snaps on and off easily for cleaning and waking up at night. 1. The facial strip that sits over the ears the under surface is very thin and sharp. It feels like a sharp knife and cuts like a papercut if it cuts. I did not get cut yet but felt the sharp edge and woke me up suddenly few times.
2. The lower lip part of the mask very thin and flimsy. The air leaks and needs adjustment often. The mask itself after several hours start leaking and starts loud air leaking sounds that wakes me and my wife up. Need to readjust the mask several times before it settles down.
3. The strap velcros are not strong enough. It slips and the is what is causing the sudden leaks and noises after 3-4 hours every night.
4. Nasal bridge irritation is mild, but do occure.
These are my observations and experiences in 2 nd week. The lightness of mask
