HumidX Waterless Humidification

Now available for the AirMini travel CPAP is a Heat Moisture Exchanger (HME). This will take place of the heated humidifier. To minimize size and components, the AirMini was designed to utilize waterless humidification. Reducing bulk the HME is used to recycle the moisture from exhaled breath and recycled to create effective humidification.

HumidX Plus

Plus is recommended for CPAP users who live in drier climate areas.

Compatibility

The HumidX and HumidX Plus are only compatible with the AirFit/AirTouch N20, AirFit N30 and the AirFit P10 (From the Special Set Up for AirMini only).

HumidX and HumidX Plus are NOT compatible with the F20 or F30 full face masks.

The AirMini does not have a water chamber. Instead these cartridges are Resmeds creative solution to reducing weight and utilizing the moisture of your breath to keep you from drying out. However, once opened and used they need to be replaced every 30 days and cannot be cleaned, due to the potential for bacterial growth. .

How do I use 'HumidX' with my AirMini?
HumidX is a small blue or grey disk that snaps into the AirMini mask connector. It captures moisture from your breath to provide humidification without water.
What is the 'HumidX' (Blue) disk?
The standard HumidX disk is for most normal humidity environments and provides comfortable waterless humidification for the AirMini.
What is the 'HumidX Plus' (Orange) disk used for?
The orange disk is for very dry environments (like airplane cabins) where the standard HumidX (Blue) disk doesn't provide enough moisture.
