FAQ
How often should I clean or replace the filter?
The Apex XT features a washable, reusable foam filter designed to last up to six months with proper care. For best performance, clean the filter at least once every two weeks.
In dusty environments, more frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain optimal airflow and consistent therapy pressure.
Can I power the Apex XT with a battery or car adapter?
The Apex XT does not support direct DC power, so it cannot run on a battery or car adapter alone. However, it can be used with a DC-to-AC inverter (CPAP only, not compatible with the heated humidifier). For users needing full DC support, the iCH series CPAP systems are designed to operate with inverters or converters from 12V or 24V DC power sources.
Do I need a converter if I travel abroad?
No converter is required. The Apex XT includes a universal power supply that supports 100–240V, 50/60 Hz, making it compatible with international power grids.
You’ll simply need a plug adapter to match the outlet type in your destination country.
Important note: The 2-year warranty does not cover water damage or misuse of the device.
